Chief Thomas N. McIntire, Jr.

Thomas N. McIntire joined the Elkton Police Department in August 1951 as a part-time officer. In 1962, he was sworn in as Chief of Police and he continued in that capacity for 18 years. He was recently recorded his memories for us.
